Introduction 

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to your access and use of the website where this Privacy Policy is posted (the “Site”) made available by The Fuller Foundation or Fuller  Investment Management Company (together, “FaithWise Advisors”) as well as any services, tools or features offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy  Policy describes how FaithWise Advisors collects, uses and discloses information that we obtain about you through the Site and the Services.  

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected on or through the Site and the Services and is not intended to fully describe the privacy policies of FaithWise Advisors or apply to information collected offline.  

If you are a “customer” of FaithWise Advisors as defined by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing rules (collectively, the “GLBA”), which may include current or prospective clients or investors (together, with “customers” as defined under the GLBA, “Investors”),  you are entitled to an additional privacy notice set forth below under “GLBA Privacy  Notice” which FaithWise Advisors may amend or supplement annually. Such GLBA Privacy  Notice applies to the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information that FaithWise Advisors collects about Investors in connection with providing financial products and services.  

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information.

FAITHWISE ADVISORS GLBA PRIVACY NOTICE

Introduction 

This GLBA Privacy Notice describes the privacy policies of The Fuller Foundation and Fuller  Investment Management Company (collectively, “FaithWise Advisors”) with respect to current and prospective clients/investors and how FaithWise Advisors collects, uses and discloses information we obtain about you, including information we collect in connection with providing financial products and services. We appreciate your decision to invest with us, and we want you to know that your privacy is of utmost importance to us. 

We are providing you this notice pursuant to the GLBA, Securities and Exchange  Commission rules and other applicable laws requiring financial institutions such as investment advisers and private funds (“Financial Institutions”) to provide their clients/investors with a privacy notice describing the Financial Institution’s policies regarding the sharing of information. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information (as defined by the GLBA) about our clients/investors to third parties, other than as described below or as permitted by law. 

We may provide separate or additional notices about our privacy practices for personal information that GLBA does not cover (or if you are not a “customer” of FaithWise Advisors under the GLBA), in which case this GLBA Notice does not apply. You are a “customer” of  FaithWise Advisors if you maintain a continuing relationship with FaithWise Advisors under  which FaithWise Advisors provides you with one or more financial products or services to  be used primarily for personal, family or household purposes.  

Through the course of providing services to our clients, we receive and collect personal information (such as name, date of birth, Social Security number, and relevant client account information) provided through conversations with you, applications, contracts, or other client documents, and client account transactions. We may use this information to accept you as a client/investor, to process a transaction for you, or otherwise in  furtherance of our business conducted on your behalf. In order to service your account and process your transactions, we may provide your personal information to our affiliates and firms we engage to assist us in servicing your account and that have a need for such information, such as an outside accounting firm, auditor, attorney, custodian, or fund administrator. We may also disclose such information to financial institutions with which we have joint client/investor relationships. We require third party service providers and financial institutions with which we have joint client/investor relationships to protect the confidentiality of your information and use the information only for the purposes for which we disclose the information to them. Except as described in this GLBA Privacy Notice,  or as required by law, we do not otherwise provide information about you to any other third parties without your prior permission.

What? The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. Who is providing this notice? The Fuller Foundation and Fuller  Investment Management Company, an independent investment adviser and a wholly owned subsidiary of The Fuller  Foundation (collectively, “FaithWise  Advisors”).
What we do
How does FaithWise Advisors protect my  personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also maintain procedural and electronic  security measures to safeguard your  personal information, including internal  and external reviews to ensure our  technology and protocols are up to date;  limited “need to know” access to your  personal information; and requiring third 
parties with access to your data to follow the policies, procedures, and laws under established agreements.
How does FaithWise Advisors collect my personal information?We collect your personal information, for example, when you:  • Open your account or make deposits or withdrawals;  • Submit transaction requests;  • Engage us for services to manage your account, portfolio and investments; • Communicate with us about our services; and • Submit documents to us.  We also collect your personal information from other companies, including the Fuller  Seminary. 
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only:  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness; • affiliates from using your information to market to you; and • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you.  State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will only apply to you and will not apply to anyone else on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. • Affiliates of FaithWise Advisors include the Fuller Foundation and Fuller  Investment Management Company. 
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates we share with can include firms we engage to assist us in servicing your account and that have a need for such information, such as an outside accounting firm, auditor, attorney, custodian, or fund administrator. We may also share such information with financial institutions with which we have joint client/investor relationships.  Nonaffiliates we share your information with may also include the Fuller Seminary. 
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. • FaithWise Advisors does not engage in joint marketing. 
Other Important Information
FaithWise Advisors may change this notice from time to time. If we make any changes,  we will notify you using the mailing address or email address we have on file for you, and  we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of the first page.
